Business segments

Not industries for show. Real repeatable tasks and decisions.

How we adapt

The same stack can solve different business tasks only when the context is mapped first.

Sales logic

We identify where trust is won: product page, case, onboarding, consultation or internal workflow.

Content model

We define what you should be able to edit yourself: services, cases, industries, FAQ and repeated page blocks.

First measurable result

We choose the first release boundary around leads, orders, activation, support load or operational clarity.

If your industry is not listed

The industry changes the definition of success, not the stack

Five segments above are what repeated most often, not the boundary of what we work with.

What actually differs between niches

The stack is largely the same across these segments. What differs is what counts as success and the moment a person makes the decision.

In a store the result is measured by an order, and everything is subordinated to keeping that path short and unbroken: catalog, filters, product page, cart, payment, status. In a service business there is no order — there is an enquiry and a conversation, and the decision is made on trust rather than on a button: who does this, what qualifications they hold, what happened for others. One website for both cases is a website that works for neither.

Requirements for content diverge from there. In one place catalog speed is critical, in another it is documents and licences, in a third a clear onboarding, and sometimes there is no public part at all and the whole value sits in an internal interface.

How this looks in practice

For a dental clinic we built a website instead of a Tilda landing page: doctor profiles with credentials, before-and-after clinical cases, automated review collection. The result there was not page conversion but a flow of patients from organic search — 70 to 90 people in the first month with no advertising. Everything on the site answered one question: can these people be trusted with treatment.

For a climate equipment store the task was stated differently. The catalog took ten seconds to load, stock and prices lived apart from the site. After the move to MODX, a rebuilt catalog and links to CRM and suppliers, load time dropped to 0.6 seconds. Here the result is speed and data integrity; trust was a second-order question.

Technically the two projects are close. The decisions about what belongs on the first screen and what counts as success are opposite.

If your segment is not on the list

Industry experience is useful, but it saves time at the first stage — mapping the context — rather than replacing it.

In practice that means the conversation simply starts one step earlier. We work out how the path from first attention to money is built in your case, where it breaks today, and which first measurable result is worth aiming at. After that the work runs the same way as in a familiar segment.

Start with your segment

Tell us your niche. We will map the first useful digital step.

We will connect the business context, current product state and the first measurable result before suggesting scope.

Context before scopeWe do not sell a template page set before understanding the market, funnel and constraints.
Architecture with room to growThe first release stays compact, but the CMS and API contract are ready for scale.
